Shipping + Returns

Shipping charges are based on the total of your order. For international orders, there will be an additional cost based on the order.
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided. Rush orders available upon request, at customers' expense. All items are shipped out within 2-3 days of receipt, unless out of stock.
Packages are only shipped during regular hours Monday thru Friday.

 

Returns + Exchanges
Please email [email protected] to get pre-authorization for all returns and exchanges. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
There are no returns on worn or washed clothing. All items must be in the same condition as it was when purchased; including tags. All sale items are final. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery (online purchases only). Credit will be issued in the same form that the payment was made.

There are no returns on the following items:

Art Boards, Paper, Notebooks, Sketchbooks, Pens, Markers, any opened or used itesm. Perishable Items, Consignment Items, Custom-Cut Fabrics/Paper, Consumables, Special Orders, Open Beauty or Hygiene Items, Earbuds, Textbooks, Computer Software, Color-Aide Packs, Health Aids, Gold/Silver Leaf, Final Sale Items.

Please note that no credit is given for shipping charges.
